Wadsworth: Gentle Strength & Mobility Pop-Up Class

In this gentle strength & mobility class, you’ll explore foundational strength exercises that target balance, posture and range of motion. Using props like resistance bands, light weights, and yoga blocks you will be guided through movements that engage muscles, increase joint flexibility and support overall body health.

This class is beginner-friendly with exercises that can be modified to meet your needs.

What to Expect:

• Gentle strengthening exercises for the entire body
• Focus on balance, core strength and mobility
• Mindful movements to reduce stiffness and increase flexibility
